NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • For bangles, standard (non-customized) sets can be exchanged in case of size issues. Customized or made-to-order sets are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Products without tags will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2–3 days of delivery.Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5–7 days. After inspection, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Jewelry items like earrings, necklaces, Hair Accessories, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of damage during delivery. A proper unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

  • Ivika Creations accepts returns or exchanges only for eligible products or damaged items.
  • If the product is received in damaged condition or packaging appears tampered, please refuse the delivery or inform us immediately with your Order ID. A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • For defective items, share clear images and unboxing video along with your Order ID. After verification, replacement will be provided.
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
  • Return shipping (reverse courier) charges must be borne by the customer.
  • All returned products will go through a quality check after receiving.
  • Refund will be issued only for the product amount, excluding shipping charges.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers must self-ship the product. A maximum of ₹150 credit may be provided for shipping.
  • Currently, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.
  • If you choose exchange first and later request a refund, reverse shipping charges may apply.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order. Additional exchanges will require extra shipping charges.
